Youtube Poop is a remix video made to annoy; confuse; frustrate; and, more recently entertain its audience while bringing great amusement to its unhinged creator.

            This definition is paraphrased from the pages of youtubepoop.com, the official directory of poops and poopers. Recently, there have been over one-hundred poopers removed from the directory. Why? Their poops were of abysmal quality; they were the products of laziness instead of innovation.

            Innovation, originality, and weirdness are the friends of the successful pooper, and these so called poopers were allowed into the poop directory under extremely lax requirements. These removed poopers had little in the way of innovation and originality. Most were afflicted with a condition the poop community calls AIDS (which has nothing to do with the STD).

            AIDS is the result of a marked lack of innovation. The worst attempts at poop the community has seen have involved stealing jokes and gags from another, often better established pooper. The tell-tale sign of AIDS is that their work is not their own; it is instead a regurgitation of old, stale, tired, and overall poor-quality material.

            Thus the curator of youtubepoop.com and youchewpoop.com, the poop community site, has issued the following message to the established poopers and, especially, those who made remix videos not worthy of the name of poop:

            Evolve or Die.

            Now, if you were to perform a Google search or a Youtube search, you would find mostly videos of extreme low quality. Most of them employ painfully copious amounts of CDi clips, either downloaded from quebecgamers.com or taken from other poops or so-called poops. Others use extensive amounts of clips from the Super Mario Bros. cartoon series. The result has been catastrophic to the poop community. Most people’s conception of poop is based on these low-quality videos, which have little in the way of originality.

            The poop community therefore advises those video editors genuinely interested in making quality poop to desist using these clips and use more original material. If you want to make poop, you must first experience poop: seek out quality poopers who are recognized by the community, watch their videos, then make your own. But do not seek to emulate them. Instead use the techniques you enjoyed in their videos and adapt them to your own unique style, and for the sake of originality and innovation, use clips that are uncommon, little-used, and fresh.

            It ought to be said that highly skilled poopers have accomplished, albeit not often, the impressive task of using CDi and Mario Bros. to great effect. However, these are most often veteran poopers with tens of quality videos under their belts. Use of CDi and Mario is still generally discouraged.
